Workplace Mental Health
Be Well
Be Well is a program is designed for the workplace - to support staff with mental health and wellbeing.

This six week course is tailored to the organisation's needs. It is facilitated via an online platform and where possible, face-to-face.
​
Through mindfulness, breathing techniques and other evidence based tools, this 10hr course aims to assist your staff to:

Better self regulate and manage stress
​

Reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms
​

Improve relationships and deepen team cohesion
​

Increase productivity, staff satisfaction and reduce staff turnover
​

Understand flow states and how to work with these states to enhance performance
​

Increase overall wellbeing and resilience
​


Trauma Resilience in the Workplace
The Trauma Resilience in the Workplace (TRW) program is a trauma informed program designed to support staff to be able to better self-regulate, manage stress and provide tools to help improve mental and emotional wellbeing.

In this program participants will:

Practice body and breath awareness techniques, deep listening and develop emotional awareness and self-regulation tools
​

Learn about the basic biology of stress, and develop mental focus and resilience
​

Develop a basic understanding of trauma and concepts such as burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma
​

Build support systems in and outside of the workplace
​
-
Create personalised comprehensive ‘Self Care Plans’
​
This experiential program includes group discussion, education, mindfulness tools and practices.
